A welcoming home in the heart of Rego Park, since 1955.

Park City 3 & 4 Apartments, Inc. is a well-established cooperative community of six residential buildings, each rising fourteen stories. Every apartment opens onto a private terrace with views of the surrounding neighborhood.

The grounds are meticulously maintained, the buildings carefully tended, and the community looked after by an on-site Management Office and Maintenance team — Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM — alongside our day-to-day partners at AKAM.

From the terrace, to the city, and home again.

Morning

A coffee on the terrace.

Every apartment has a private terrace — a quiet place to begin the day with the slow Queens light.

Midday

A short walk to the train.

The 63rd Drive station is moments from the lobby — Manhattan, fifteen minutes east.

Evening

Home, again.

Chapter V — Quietly Answered

A few honest answers
to the questions we hear most.

From how the co-op works to who manages the buildings — answered plainly. The full list lives on the FAQ page.

All questions & answers
  1. 01 Is Park City 3 & 4 a co-op?

  3. 03 Does every apartment have a terrace?

Yes. Every apartment across all six buildings features a private terrace with views of the surrounding neighborhood.

  4. 04 When are the management office hours?

The on-site Management Office and Maintenance team operate Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Live-in superintendents are available for emergencies after hours.

  5. 05 How is parking arranged?

Two 24-hour indoor parking garages serve the community, with assigned spaces. Access uses the same keyless / fob system as the buildings.

Voices from the Buildings

A community, told quietly,
by the people who live here.

I've raised two children on this terrace. They're grown now, but they still come back for Sunday coffee — and they always notice that the building feels exactly the same.

Eleanor R. Resident · 28 years · 97-37 63rd Road

The doormen know my dog by name before they know mine. That tells you everything about this place.

David M. Resident · 6 years · 98-20 62nd Drive

I moved here from Manhattan expecting a quieter life. I got that — and a community I didn't know I was looking for.

Priya N. Resident · 3 years · 97-10 62nd Drive

My grandmother lived here. My mother lived here. Now I do. The bones of this building are extraordinary — and the people who tend it know that.
